To maintain its independence, the Liberty & Law Institute is strictly non-partisan and accepts no government funding. Instead, we rely solely on contributions from individuals, foundations, and corporations who wish to support our mission to teach young Americans the text and timeless principles of our Founding Documents.

The Liberty & Law Institute is a North Carolina Non-Profit Corporation and has been recognized as a tax exempt public charity pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your donation is, therefore, tax deductible under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
